I went to a weight watchers meeting this morning, and I lost 1.6 pounds! Yay! Now, I know that doesn't seem like much, but the average is up to 2 pounds a week, and honestly I'll take every little bit! I saw some friends of mine at the meeting, too! It's nice to know that exercising and eating (a little) better have paid off. I hope to do much better with foods this week, and keep up the exercise! If I can keep seeing results like losing 1.6 pounds or more each week, then I'll be very happy!
